You placed your Midland order and are refreshing your inbox for the email your order was recieved, but it never comes. You check the bank account, and it appears the money has already been taken. Most commonly, the cofirmation just never came through. We are here to help and will get to the bottom of it!
I did not recieve any confirmation that the order was placed, did my order really go through?
First, make sure that the confirmation email did not go to your spam or junk folders. Second, check for a confirmation number on the order landing page. If that has already been closed out, please try logging into the Midland website to see if the order is under your account.
If the order confirmation cannot be found, email support@midlandusa.com. Please include your first and last name, the order total, your confirmation number if you have it, your phone number, and the shipping city, state, and zip in the email. This will help us find the order as quickly as possible for you!
