Q: How can I subscribe to receive your emails?
A: You can subscribe to Midland's emails by entering your email address at the bottom of any page on the Midland website. Look for the box that says Stay Connected With Midland. These emails include details about new products, promotions and Midland USA news. You can opt out at any time.
Q: Why won't my promo code work?
A: Midland's promo codes are only applied to discount eligible products. Discount eligible items do not include the BizTalk product line, newly released products and some one-off items, such as the Ammo Can.
Q: Why won't my promo code take off my discounted / free item?
A: The item must be added to your cart first in order for the promotion to be applied.
Q: Where are Midland products manufactured?
A: All of Midland's products are designed, tested, and assessed via quality control here in Kansas City, Missouri. However, our products are manufactured overseas.
Q: I would like to request a donation to my group or event. How can I do that?
A: Please follow this link to fill out the Donation Request online. Once submitted, the form will go to the team that manages donations to review. Please note, due to the volume of donation requests we receive, Midland is not able to support every opportunity.
