Midland currently only ships within the 48 contiguous United States.
Orders over $250 receive free shipping. The order subtotal must be over $250, before taxes and any discounts are calculated. The free shipping offer is limited to standard ground shipping.
Shipments are subject to carrier on time performance and availability. This is subject to change without notice.

A: No, there are no late fees if you miss a scheduled payment.
Q: What if I make a return on a purchase made through Installments with Shop Pay?
A: If your refund amount is less than the amount remaining on your Shop Pay Installments balance, then you can expect one or both of the following:
- A smaller payment balance on the final payment
- Less future payments on the remaining loan balance
If your refund amount is more than the amount remaining on your Shop Pay Installments balance, then you can expect to receive the difference as a refund to your original debit card or credit card payment method within 3 to 10 business days.

Q: What is Redo and why should I purchase it?
A: Redo is our returns portal that makes it easy for you to self-service returns or exchanges. Here's how it works:
- Free return shipping: For a one-time $3.98 purchase, if you add Redo at checkout, your return shipping cost is on us for all the items you purchase!
- Discounted return shipping: Didn't purchase Redo? No worries - you can still use the portal, but you'll cover the return shipping, but at a discounted rate.
