Shipping Policy

Midland currently only ships within the 48 contiguous United States.

Midland® is dedicated to providing a seamless ordering experience. We do not charge shipping fees on any orders. All available shipping options will be displayed at checkout. If a faster shipping option does not appear, it is unfortunately unavailable for that order.

General Shipping Information:

• Please note that orders placed on non-business days or after 12 pm CST M-F, will not be in queue for processing until the next business day
• All shipments are subject to carrier on time performance and availability
• In addition to transit time, there may be processing time. Please note the estimated delivery date at checkout. Our processing time will not exceed 2 business days, except when impacted by the weather or other unprecedented events. 
• Please check your spam folder for the shipping confirmation email

Canada, Mexico, and all other international countries: 

• We do not ship internationally at this time. Because every country has different communication laws, Midland's products may not align with the rules and regulations of every country.

Q: How will my package be shipped?

A: After you receive your order confirmation email or text, you will receive an update with a link to the carrier (UPS/FedEx/USPS). We recommend providing your email address at checkout for more efficient order tracking.

Q: What is the option to pay in installments on Shop Pay?

A: When checking out with Shop Pay, you now have the option to pay now or later. Q: Are there late fees associated with Shop Pay?

A: No, there are no late fees if you miss a scheduled payment.

Q: What if I make a return on a purchase made through Installments with Shop Pay?

A: If your refund amount is less than the amount remaining on your Shop Pay Installments balance, then you can expect one or both of the following:

• A smaller payment balance on the final payment
• Less future payments on the remaining loan balance

If your refund amount is more than the amount remaining on your Shop Pay Installments balance, then you can expect to receive the difference as a refund to your original debit card or credit card payment method within 3 to 10 business days.

Q: Which payment methods are accepted if I use the option to pay Installments on Shop Pay?

A: The installments option on Shop Pay is available on debit and credit cards.

Q: What is Redo?

A: Redo is our returns and exchanges platform. Midland offers this service free of charge for all orders. Any returns are now completely free to you as the customer. 

More than just returns, Redo also offers package protection and warranty claims. All of these services are free to you as the customer to use.
