Power Options

Rechargeable Battery

• Pre-installed 3.7V, 2600mAh Lithium-Ion battery

USB Charging

Using the Radio

Power On/Off

• Press the Power/Band button to turn radio ON
• Hold the same button for 2 seconds to turn radio OFF

Band Selection

• Press Power/Band button to cycle through:

Tuning Stations

• Use Tune ▲/▼ buttons to select your desired station
• Hold to auto-scan to the next available station

Adjusting Volume

The ER310 receives 7 NOAA Weather channels to provide emergency alerts during severe weather events.

Weather Channel Frequencies

Activating Weather Alerts

1. Press WX Alert button
2. The WX icon will flash on the display when alerts are enabled
3. The ER310 will remain in standby mode, listening for alerts

When an Alert Is Received:

• Audible siren sounds
• LED flashlight flashes
• LCD display flashes for 1 minute
• Radio switches to WX channel automatically
• Press any button to cancel alert

ℹ️ Alerts are still received when radio is OFF (unless in charging mode for external devices).

Flashlight & SOS Beacon

• First press: Low brightness mode
• Second press: High brightness
• Third press: SOS beacon (Morse Code: ●●● — — — ●●●)
• Fourth press: OFF

Uses Cree® LED for high-intensity output.

Ultrasonic Dog Whistle

• Hold the flashlight button for ~2 seconds to activate
• Whistle icon appears on screen
• Useful for alerting search and rescue dogs in emergencies

Headphone Use

Digital Clock
