If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return your undamaged Midland Product(s) in like-new condition within 30 days from purchase from midlandusa.com, for a full refund of the purchase price. To request a refund please visit Midland's Returns Portal.
Midland products purchased from another website or retailer must be returned to those resellers in accordance with their return and refund policies, including Amazon.
To be eligible for a refund, the return must satisfy the following requirements:
- Customer must initiate a return through Midland's Returns Portal within 30 days from the date of purchase
- The return product(s) must have been originally purchased from midlandusa.com
- The product must be returned in like-new, resalable condition in the original packaging together with all accessories and other materials originally included with the product
- Customer will be responsible for the cost of shipping the returned product back to Midland, which cost must be paid through the Returns Portal. Note the shipping cost will be covered if the customer purchased "Redo" with the item
- Customer will obtain a return confirmation and shipping label through the Returns Portal. The customer must ship the product back to Midland within 30 days after the return confirmation is issued
- The returned product(s) should be safely and securely packed and shipped to Midland using the shipping label obtained from the Returns Portal
Upon Midland's receipt and approval of the returned product, Midland will refund the purchase price to the original form of payment (i.e., credit card). Shipping and handling costs are not refundable.
Midland does not offer refunds on items designated on midlandusa.com as not eligible for return, or closeout items.

I just need your shipping address to return my EZ210 radio for research because it never did work and I’m going to pay for shipping,in fact I try to return it this morning but I needed a address

Hello! If you purchased your Midland radio directly from us, you can return it using our online Returns Portal. We will not be able to issue a refund if you did not purchase it from Midland, and will require proof of purchase. Without an order number or proof of purchase, we will not accept the return.
